THE JOURNEY OF THE HIDDEN SEED
In a quiet village surrounded by fertile land lived an elderly farmer known for his wisdom. One year, a young apprentice came to work with him. The young man was energetic and eager to prove himself, but he lacked patience.
One morning, the farmer carefully planted seeds in the field and covered them with soil. After the work was done, he told the young apprentice, “Now we wait.”
But the young man did not understand the wisdom of waiting. The next day he returned to the field and began digging up the soil.
“What are you doing?” the farmer asked.
“I want to see if the seeds are growing,” the apprentice replied.
The old farmer shook his head gently and said, “If you uncover the seed before its time, you will destroy the growth that is meant to happen in silence.”
Days passed, and the apprentice continued to worry about the unseen process beneath the soil. Finally the farmer explained the lesson.
“Growth requires the protection of time. The seed must remain hidden until it is strong enough to face the sun. Truth is like that seed. If you expose it too soon, it may die before it can grow.”
The young apprentice finally understood. Wisdom is not merely knowing the truth—it is knowing when to reveal it.
THE SACRED NATURE OF TRUTH
Truth is sacred, but wisdom teaches that timing is part of truth. A truth spoken at the wrong moment may wound rather than heal or provoke resistance rather than understanding. The wise therefore learn to speak with discernment, considering both the message and the moment.
THE PREPARATION OF THE HUMAN HEART
Human hearts often need preparation before they can receive difficult truths. When words are delivered with patience and understanding, they guide, heal, and transform. But when spoken prematurely or harshly, even the right truth can produce rejection.
THE WISDOM OF THOUGHTFUL SILENCE
Silence can sometimes be an expression of wisdom. Not the silence of fear, but the silence of thoughtful restraint. It allows truth to be planted at the right time, in the right way, so that it can produce growth rather than conflict.

In relationships, leadership, and daily life, wise people learn to balance honesty with patience. They do not hide truth, but neither do they rush to release it without care. They understand that truth, like a seed, must be planted in the proper season.
