THE WISDOM OF SLOWNESS
Speed is not always strength. Movement is not always progress. Many regrets are not born because people were evil, but because they were too quick.
Scripture teaches that haste can lead a man into error because rushing often outruns understanding. A hurried mind sees only the moment, but wisdom sees the consequence.
God works with timing. The sun rises at its appointed hour. The seed grows in its season. The river reaches the sea without panic.
Life teaches a sacred truth. What is forced too quickly often breaks too soon.
Before acting, pause. Before speaking, think. Before deciding, pray.
THE STORY OF THE BAMBOO BRIDGE
In ancient times, there was a young prince who needed to cross a deep river to claim his inheritance.
At the riverbank stood two bridges.
One was made of bamboo, newly built and shining. The other was stone, old and slow to cross.
The prince was impatient. He chose the bamboo bridge because it looked faster.
An old sage warned him, “Quick roads are often weak roads.”
But the prince laughed and hurried on.
Halfway through, the bamboo cracked beneath him, and he fell into the river, losing his treasures.
Bruised and humbled, he returned and crossed the stone bridge.
When he reached the other side, the sage said,
“The strong path often appears slower because it was built by time.”
So it is with life.
Many choose bamboo bridges because they glitter.
Relationships, opportunities, shortcuts, pleasures.
But not everything that is quick can carry your weight.
Wisdom asks not, How fast?
Wisdom asks, How strong?
THE COST OF HASTE
A hurried anger can destroy peace.
A hurried word can wound a heart.
A hurried choice can alter destiny.
Many times fear and pressure push people into decisions they later mourn.
But stillness gives room for clarity.
Patience protects what haste endangers.
THE MERCY OF REGRET
Regret is painful, but it can become a teacher.
It reminds us to wait longer, pray deeper, and think clearer.
Even when haste wounds us, God can use the lesson to make us wiser.
Sometimes delay is not denial.
Sometimes waiting is protection.

WHAT IS FAST IS NOT ALWAYS SAFE
Quick roads can lead to deep wounds.
EMOTIONS SHOULD NOT RULE DECISIONS
A troubled heart cannot always see clearly.
GOD’S TIMING PROTECTS DESTINY
What comes at the right time carries peace.
Many regrets are born from hurried decisions, but many victories are born from patient wisdom.
